At Wildflowers Youth, we love encouraging girls to express their ideas and individuality through art. Creative activities also support children to boost their cognitive and fine motor skills, to practice following step-by-step instructions and to gain confidence through accomplishing mini goals. Creative activities can support a sense of wellbeing and emotional regulation, including for children who have experienced trauma like those whom we support with our workshops and services.

Please keep reading for links to tutorials for fun activities for girls to get creative, especially on rainy days like today!
